Exercises for joints and muscles

I found other kids and mine losing flexibility in their joints. Especially hands and feet.

My child (7 years old) sits down on a low chair or stepper in two sets of 8. I help him grabbing his hands.
I also massage his feet and do 2 sets of 5 times moving his feet flat and then pointing it. The same for his hands.
He jumps on top of his big ball 50 times and walks on his hands at home.
