What age are these activities suitable for?
Most of the activities are aimed at kids aged 4-8 years old, but are also adaptable for older and younger children, depending on their individual abilities and/or challenges. In the e-book, I give tips on how to use these activities with older kids.
How much time do the activities take?
I recommend spending 10 - 15 minutes a day on focused fine motor activities. With such a wide variety to choose from, your child will not be bored!
Is this different from your website content?
Yes and no. Although you can spend time scouring the dozens of fine motor activities on my site, the e-book presents the activities and information in an accessible way, with additional activities and exclusive planners not found on my site.
Do you have other resources to use in conjunction with these?
Yes!
I have separate resources that specifically address scissor cutting skills and pencil grip, so please do take a look at those if your child needs support in those areas.
As an occupational therapist and homeschooling mom, I created this resource to inspire you and give you practical support to improve fine motor skills. Inside, you'll find over 60 pages designed with YOU in mind! Target hand strengthening, in-hand manipulation, pencil control, and wrist positioning with dozens of focused activities that use everyday, accessible resources.
With an
easy-to-follow format, exclusive planners, and a satisfaction guarantee, this
